EKP-IV Pro features
TheAvMap's proven and popular kneeboard design is the basis for the EKP IIIc Pro SAR charting system. The large screen of this GPS based moving map display is designed for ease and accurate navigation. Dedicated keys permit quick access to important features. Zoom for a wealth of information, or zoom out for a big picture of where you are.
EKP-IV Pro SAR moving map GPS combines a high resolution (130*96 mm or 160mm diagonal) TFT color display with AvMap software technology and WAAS compatibility to provide the ultimate situational awareness tool for navigation. Jeppesen(TM) Navdata is supplied by the C-MAP NT c-card and can easily be updated. The European unit ship with north and central Europe plus North Africa. Additional c-cards are available for world wide coverage. More detailed maps (1/10000 or 1/30000) are available for most European countries. Via the same type of cards the EKP-IIIc Pro SAR can be enhanced with nautical navigation data.
